Don’t you just love it when you discover a delicious healthy recipe that tastes just like a naughty treat? Well I accidentally created this deliciousness whilst experimenting with my morning smoothies and just had to share it with you!
The Banana Blueberry Muffin Smoothie
1 banana // handful of blueberries (around 12-14) // 2 tbsp ground almonds // dash maple syrup // 1 cup almond milk
- Blend all ingredients save for 3 or 4 blueberries with a cup of ice.
- Sprinkle remaining blueberries on top and enjoy!
